Join our mini bus departing Market Street Parramatta 9am. Following Sir Thomas Mitchells Line of Road we cross Razorback Mountain in time for a morning tea stop at the old Razorback Hotel. Nestled in a ring of hills, Picton is known for its history, healthy air and rural atmosphere. We will visit Jarvis field, the first land grant, and hear stories of local characters as we explore the old town. See and hear of difficulties building the railway and viaduct, view a variety of charming heritage houses, the toll house and a Blackett church plus the oldest wooden truss bridge in NSW.
