Meditation for Tranquility
EARLY BIRD FEES apply for some courses!
Learn the art of meditation to reduce stress and promote health balance and well-being. You will learn breathing techniques, as well as a variety of techniques that will enable you to meditate in any environment. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow etc, so you can be comfortable when lying and sitting on the floor, however if you prefer to sit in a chair we also have chairs available.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
Please note there is no class on Tues 7th May due to tutor unavailability.

Site Directions
The church is located at the corner of Sorrell Street and Fennell Street
The hall is located at the back of the church (in Fennell Street), please use this entrance.
The church also has a carpark at the back of the building which is free to use.
There is also street parking available, though this may be metered.
Public Transport
Approximately 20 to 25 minutes walk from Parramatta Station.
