A gentle yoga, known as Yin Yoga, which is suitable for everyone (pregnant women are also welcome). At the end of the class will be a short relaxation to help you relax and rejuvenate for the week ahead!
Did you know there is a possibility that you can get a rebate from your private health fund if you do one of our fitness or health related courses?
Some health funds will give you a rebate for exercise programs or health management programs that your doctor has prescribed to address or improve a specific medical condition. The health fund may ask you if the provider of the exercise program is qualified, the answer is that all of our tutors have either qualifications and or experience in the field in which they teach. Your medical practitioner may also be required to fill out a form provided by your health fund. Also it will depend on your level of coverage with your health fund.
Additionally the rules vary between health funds, therefore you would need to check with your health fund as to your eligibility, and also ask them what documentation they require.

Site Directions
Our building is between the Bike Barn and a Thai restaurant, and we are close to the bus stop.
For after hours access press the buzzer located next to the building’s entrance, then the caretaker will buzz you in, then take elevator to Level 3.
Public Transport
Take the FREE Parramatta Shuttle Bus and get off at the “Church Street North” Exit out the front of the ANZ bank.
Check with Parramatta City Council for the bus timetable.
Other Information
There is street parking available around the Western Sydney Skills Hub. In the nearby area, there is a combination of paid metered parking spots (2 hr/4 hr/10 hr) and free short stay parking (2hr). Unmetered, long stay spots (free to park) are located in streets within a 5-10 minute walk from our venue. Please check signs carefully when parking, as length of stay and paid/unpaid parking can vary across the streets and can even depend on the side you park.
