Hot Hula Dance Fitness is the latest dance and fitness craze. This upbeat new style is a fusion of the traditional sensual moves of the Hula dancers of Polynesia set to the primal beat of drums and mixed in with a modern, funky Reggae & Hip Hop sound.

• Easy to learn dance routines

No shoes required as this type of dancing is done barefoot
No equipment needed, however to get into the Polynesian spirit you can choose to wear a sarong or lavalava (traditional Polynesian skirt) over some leggings
