About the course

This course is suitable for those who wish to gain foundation skills and knowledge to use information and communications technology (ICT) in any industry. Students intending to enrol into this course must have general computer knowledge including ability to use mouse and keyboard. On successful completion of all required competencies, the qualification ICT20115 Certificate II in Information, Digital Media and Technology will be issued.

Delivery strategy

This course is delivered as flexible mode, meaning you don’t have attend face to face classes; however there will be some face to face meetings with your trainer to monitor your progress. We will provide you with the course materials as well as the assessments during the first meeting with your trainer. If you are unable to attend the face to face interview, it can be organised through Skype. Please let us know if this is the case. Some units may be delivered in the classroom environment when they are run as our advertised course. Your trainer will inform you if any of the above units is being delivered face to face.

Assessment strategies

Assessments for this qualification include both summative and formative forms through practical demonstrations, observation, and written questionnaire.

ICT30115 Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology, or a range of other qualifications.
