Meditation Holiday Pass

Continue your meditation practice throughout the holiday break. Beginners are also welcome. Meditation helps reduce stress and promotes balance and well-being. Learn the art of meditation to reduce stress and promote health balance and well-being. You will learn breathing techniques, as well as a variety of techniques that will enable you to meditate in any environment. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow etc, so you can be comfortable when lying and sitting on the floor, however if you prefer to sit in a chair we also have chairs available. Please wear comfortable clothing.
