In this three-hour introduction to mindfulness workshop you’ll:
• be given an experience of mindfulness
• learn what mindfulness is and isn’t, and
• develop mindfulness tools to navigate the ups and downs of life.

Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, depression or a loss of meaning in your life, there will a tool that’s right for you. Come to know yourself as more than your thoughts or emotions and discover ways to encounter your unwelcome reactions to life so that you find a greater sense of inner peace and balance.

Early Bird Fee: ends 2 weeks prior to course start date. Price will then rise to $65!

MATERIALS LIST
Please bring a pen. Also a component of the course will be a meditation, therefore you might like to bring a cushion/light blanket and yoga mat if you wish to lie down, however these aren’t essential.
