Please be aware that we have access to only one pool now at the venue and therefore it will be the bigger/deeper pool, which depending on your height the water may go up to your shoulders. The bigger pool is heated to around 32 degrees.

Please note due to classes being cancelled on 24th October, a makeup classes have now been organised for Tuesday 12th December.
Also please note that due to classes being cancelled on 14th November, makeup classes have now also been organised for Wednesday 13th December.

Learn the art of meditation to reduce stress and promote health balance and well-being. You will learn breathing techniques, as well as a variety of techniques that will enable you to meditate in any environment. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow etc, so you can be comfortable when lying and sitting on the floor, however if you prefer to sit in a chair we also have chairs available.
