What is a USI?

The USI is a reference number made up of ten numbers and letters that:

•Creates a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, from all training providers you undertake recognised training with
•Will give you access to your training records and transcripts
•Can be accessed online, anytime and anywhere
•Is free and easy to create and
•Stays with you for life

How do you create your own USI?

USI and Enrolling at The Parramatta College

To undertake accredited training at The Parramatta College, you will need to obtain a USI. If you want the Parramatta College to create a USI on your behalf, please come to our office between 9 am to 4 pm with a photo ID (preferably your driver licence or current passport) and your Medicare card.
